The Frank Lloyd Wright Usonia watch features a
striking 40mm 316L stainless steel case with a luxurious
gold ion-plated finish, showcasing both elegance and
durability. Its screw-down case back is adorned with
the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright logo, engraved on the
glass for a refined touch. A domed sapphire crystal
with a 5-layer AR coating ensures optimal clarity and
scratch resistance. The multi-layer dial includes a black
matte base layer, a white luminous hour disc with
red luminous hour indicators, and a top layer with 12
symbol cutouts marking each hour, reflecting Wright's
architectural genius. Powered by the reliable 8250
automatic movement with a Bulova rotor, this watch
offers precision and smooth operation. The smooth
burgundy calf strap with black and white horizontal
stitching complements the design, featuring a hot-
stamped graphic pattern on the underside for a unique
detail. The 3-piece buckle is etched with Frank Lloyd
Wright's signature for a personalized finish. With a 30M
water resistance rating, this timepiece is as functional
as it is beautiful. Inspired by Wright's Usonian vision,
which sought to create affordable, nature-integrated
architecture, this watch honors his legacy and
revolutionary approach to design.

We wanted to create a truly unique
timepiece in celebration of Frank
Lloyd Wright's Usonian homes, not
just in terms of aesthetics, but in
functionality as well.

We were inspired by the perforated clerestory panels that are a hallmark of many of these
homes and used them as hollow hour markers. From there, we used a disc-hour hand
construction that would highlight each board in red as the hours progressed. We chose red
here as it is FLW's signature color and it gives a striking, high-contrast look. The colors of the
watch are very intentional, as the gold case, burgundy strap and black dial are inspired by the
warm tones of many of the Usonian homes. They were often brick and wood structures that
blended seamlessly into the enivironment around them. As with all of our FLW pieces, the strap
back features and embossed pattern. In this case, a collage of the various perforated boards
featured on the dial.
