Bulova’s “Atomic Time” is one of America’s most accurate
clock collections. Each night these special clocks reach
out and calibrate the time from the signal received by the
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) station
at WWVB in Ft. Collins, CO. The Atomic Clock the NIST uses
is the most accurate timekeeping device ever created and
known as a cesium fountain atomic clock. The signal that is
sent also updates for Daylight Saving time so the age old
“Jump forward” or “Fall back” is now a thing of the past using
Bulova’s Atomic Time clocks.
